HopeCare Happenings
Well, here we are in Aug. How did we get here so fast? So much learning and growth has happened over the summer. Just recently the disciples were learning how to make their own ice cream while the Blooms worked on cake pops and homemade bread. The Shepherds had the opportunity to do some hitting and throwing with a local high school baseball team. How fun! The caterpillars and butterflies are really taking off, moving from cribs to the mat. They will definitely be ready to move to the Sprouts this fall.
As we prepare to say goodbye to our school age kids, we know they’re leaving us, running full speed ahead back to school, and we hope to see them again next summer. It helps to know we’ve made a lot of memories these past three months and each minute was packed with play, adventure and fun.
Along with the transition back to school comes some changes with our own programming and staff. We congratulate Mrs. Amber with her promotion to program coordinator. She will provide her leadership, support and expertise to all classrooms. Our preschool class offering will be Tues/Wed/Thur from 9a-12p with Brandi, HopeCare director at the wheel, and Mrs. Jess alongside of her.
We are in the process of hiring a co-lead. Send awesome applicants our way!
In HopeCare’s effort to achieve top quality child care, we are thrilled to report all classroom have passed and are now certified in Sanford Children’s classroom assessment. We had our 2nd visit from the state pilot program and according to their reports, our classrooms are exceling.
